Related to that, today's challenge is to create a project using your favourite flower of the series. I only have 2 of them and my favourite is hands down the violets.
So on this very snowy day here in Toronto, I decided to make my card a little cheerful. Here it is...
I used Papertrey's YOF: Violets, Pretty Peonies for the sentiment, ink (smokey shadow) and cardstock (lemon tart, simply chartreuse and stamper's white). I also used my Li'l Inker's Stitched Rectangles dies and did some embossing with it. This will be the last time I am fussy cutting those flowers!
Stay warm!
Irma , I absolutely love this! Its beautiful! so CAS and very elegant the way you framed it. Now I might need that die seeing the way you embossed it!

Such a beautiful look. Love it stamped on colored paper, and that stitched mat is the perfect finishing touch.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty and clean and simple. Love all the details you added to your card.
