pwp #19 - happy hearts day

I got some  me-time over the weekend and was able to do a number of layouts, one of which was for Valentine's day.  This year, I got 2 beautiful handmade cards from my DD.  And since it was a school day, she also brought some Valentine treats to class.  In return, she came home with a bag full of cards and treats.  This was her first time celebrating hearts day in school.  And according to her, Valentine's day is now part of her top 3 favourite holidays, along with Christmas and Halloween. 

Here is my layout.  I am also linking this to Leigh Penner's Pages with Papertrey Challenge which is to use at least 3 Papertrey dies in your layout.  This challenge is right up my alley because I tend to use a lot of PTI dies in my layouts.

I used Papertrey dies (Fabulous Frames, Heart-to-Heart and modern alphabets), stamp (Fabulous Frames), cardstock (black) and patterned paper (bitty dots).  I also used patterned papers from Fancy Pants and sticker from October Afternoon.
