Sneak Peek

As I mentioned in my previous post, I am currently making a log cabin quilt. I am happy to say that I finally finished my quilt top. It consists of 25 12" x 12" blocks. Here's what it looks like:

I used very colourful fabrics so my teacher suggested that I mix in some white fabric for contrast. I must say that I really love it, especially the chevron pattern. 

The next steps would be the quilting and the binding. I'll post photos of the finished quilt once it's done.

    What a fantastic piece of work, Virna! I wish I could attend a class and do that sort of thing. Can't wait to see the finished quilt. You can be justifiably proud!
