class of 2012

I dedicate this post (and cakes!) to those young men and women marching in their caps and gowns looking oh-so grown-up, ready to conquer the world, change it, make it better or simply enjoy it.  

This chocolate/vanilla multi all-edible cake is for Stefania,
a member of the graduating class of 2012
from York University in Toronto.

This cake is for Meghan, an Environmental Science graduate.
Both tiers are made of lemon vanilla cake with lemon curd buttercream filling. 

We wish the graduating class of 2012 our heartfelt congratulations... cheers to your bright and glorious future!
