game time!

Eleven year old Ethan celebrated his birthday with a Play Station Party (PSP!!!) with his gamer buddies and this Play Station 3 cake. This 3 dimensional all-edible cake is made of dark chocolate cake with chocolate ganache filling.

pad paper is made of fondant and edible markers

all fondant!

One of them is edible!

I've always enjoyed sculpting 3D cakes (despite the waste!) and this project is no exception.

Stay Sweet!

  1. You *made* this?!? It's amazing! It looks like plastic, not food, but from your description of what you made it with just implies delicious!

  2. Thank you, Lisa! I applied a thin layer of glycerine to give that shiny look. You're right...it does look like plastic! :-)
