With Frances going to junior kindergarten this September, we are slowly starting to get to school mode. We are excited and anxious at the same time for yet another milestone for our little one.
Last June, before the school year ended, we had our first parent-teacher meeting at her school which is just a short walking distance from our house. It was great getting to know Ms. Epstein and getting a glimpse of how students are on a normal school day. Of course, I had to make a layout of that day :)
I used Papertrey dies (block alpha, love lives here), stamp (bitty background blocks - on the small manila tag) and patterned paper (summer sunrise gingham). I also used October Afternoon patterned paper, circle Spellbinder dies, scallop punch and some brown baubles from Stampin' Bella .
Here's a close up of my happy cluster of hearts and scallops.
And here's my journaling.
Hope you are having a fabulous week!
